[Online reservation and Reservation procedure]
1. On the official ‘Jien Mount Villas’ website, click "Book Now" on the upper left corner
2. Select the date, room type, number of rooms and occupancy.
3. After entering ‘Your Details’, please click 'Continue'. (Please make sure the email address you provided is entered correctly.)
4. Enter your credit card number and click 'Book' to complete the booking.
5. After the Booking is established, the system will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided.
6. On the day of Check in, please present your ID to the counter for check-in.

1. Confirm the date you would like to stay with us, call us on 02-2496-2999 or 0978-531-931 to reserve your room.
2. After the reservation is successful, your will received a confirmation message via SMS, we will also provide you Jien Mount Villas’s bank account information.
3. Please transfer the reservation deposit by bank transfer or remittance within 1 days after the reservation is successful.
4. After you have made the deposit successfully, please call or text us back to inform us, and please provide last five digit of your bank account use for the transfer.
5. When we received the deposit successfully, you will received another confirmation message to inform you deposit is received.
5. On the day of Check in, please present your ID to the counter for check-in.
