▲For bookings made through official website:

After reservation is made, please be aware you will be charge 30% of the total room rate as a deposit. (50% on weekend and public holidays)

※ If the reservation is cancelled 14 days before check-in date, full deposit will be refunded and no processing fee will be charged.

※ Reservation that is cancelled 10 – 13 days prior to check-in date, 70% of deposit will be refunded.

※ Reservation that is cancelled 7 – 9 days prior to check-in date, 50% of deposit will be refunded.

※ Reservation that is cancelled 4 – 6 days prior to check-in date, 40% of deposit will be refunded.

※ Reservation that is cancelled 2 – 3 days prior to check-in date, 30% of deposit will be refunded.

※ Reservation that is cancelled 1 days prior to check-in date, 20% of deposit will be refunded.

※ All deposit will be charge if cancellation is made on the day of check-in without prior notice.

The security deposit charged for the hotel reservation is processed in accordance with the "Sample contract for direct reservation of individual tourists in the hotel industry" issued by the Tourism Bureau (Ministry of Transportation and Communications) on August 6, 102. For all OTA reservations, cancellation to your reservation must be made through OTA platforms directly and not directly with the hotel.

Cancellation policy is different depend on which of the OTA platforms your reservation is made from. Usually there is Free Cancellation option up until a specific time and date before arrival.

If you have a ‘non-refundable’ reservation, unfortunately it is not possible to cancel the booking.

For bookings made through official website:

 

After reservation is made, please be aware if you need to make changes to a reservation, this will need to be done 14 days before the check-in date. Modification such as ‘change of date’ will not be possible within 14 days prior to check in date. Any change to your booking date must be made by calling Jien Mount Villas Customer service: (02)2496-2999
